Where did you purchase the software? Is this the error instead of what you posted?

If you install it on two computers at the same time you would be in violation of the single use user agreement (EULA) you agreed to when you first installed it! What burner do you have and what burn speed are you using? What brand of disc are you using?

The program is Win 7 compatible but not W8 compatible.
