Guidelines for paper submission All papers must be submitted in the final format to be published in the conference proceedings and to be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore. They must not exceed 4 pages (A4 size) with all illustrations and references included.

Each card spells out a different useful role to keep the meeting moving: a gatekeeper (someone who makes sure everyone gets a chance to speak), a timekeeper, a leader/facilitator who keeps the meeting on track, and a note taker.
