To Give some background, when they send a trade offer with your skin, it used to be available to you for 4 hours. Sometime in November they had a special offer for a case and gave a special message saying: “this weekend only, we are changing the time that the trade will be available to 1 hour.” This trade time has never changed. Many times, I have missed a trade that they have sent because the trade time is only 1 hour.

Also, they don’t send the trade offer instantly after you open a case and receive a skin. Sometimes it takes three hours or more, making it even harder to catch the trade.
